ADOPTION OF CODES
§ 150.01 BUILDING CODE; ADOPTED BY REFERENCE.
   To provide certain minimum standards, provisions, and requirements for safe and stable design, methods of construction, and uses of materials in buildings hereafter erected, constructed, enlarged, altered, repaired, relocated, and converted, the 2018 International Building Code and the 2018 International Existing Building Code, printed in book form are hereby incorporated by reference in addition to all amended editions, as though printed in full herein, insofar as said code does not conflict with the statutes of the state. One copy of the Building Code and the 2018 International Existing Building Code is on file at the office of the City Clerk and are available for public inspection at any reasonable time.

§ 150.02 HOUSING CODE; ADOPTED BY REFERENCE.
   To provide certain minimum standards, provisions, and requirements for safe and stable design, methods of construction, and uses of materials in houses hereafter erected, constructed, enlarged, altered, repaired, relocated, and converted, the International Residential Code of 2018, published by the International Code Council, and printed in book, pamphlet, or electronic form, is hereby incorporated by reference, in addition to all amended editions as though printed in full herein insofar as said code does not conflict with the statutes of the state. Electronic copies of the Housing Code are on file at the office of the City Clerk and are available for public inspection at any reasonable time.
