§ 151.03 DUTY TO MAKE SAFE AND SECURE.
   Any building or other structure, or any appurtenance in, upon, or about such building or other structure, found, either in whole or in part, to be structurally unsafe, or dangerous in case of or as a result of fire, panic, tornado, wind, lightning, deterioration, or other cause, or which is insufficient or unsafe for the purpose for which it is intended to be used, shall be made safe and secure by the owner, agent, lessee, or occupant of such building or other structure within the time set forth in written notice from the Building or Housing Inspector.
