§ 132.31 HUFFING.

It shall be unlawful for any person to inhale or ingest in any manner, paint, glue, nitrous oxide, or any other element or substance with the intent to become impaired, intoxicated, or under the influence of such. A person who violates this section commits the offense of huffing.
