(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.

(C) The city police or other authorized law enforcement shall have the authority to fine, remove, or both for violation of § 132.46. The fine for the first offense is $50, the second offense is $100, and the third offense or more is $150. This is to also include any fees incurred by the city for the removal of the vehicle which will be at the property owners’ cost.
