It shall be unlawful to operate any MINIBIKE, as defined in § 73.02, or motorcycle on any public sidewalks, parks or playgrounds, or baseball diamonds within the city; and it shall be unlawful to operate any minibike or motorcycle on any street or path in any park, playground, or baseball diamond within the city between the hours of 11:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m. of the following day. Any person violating this section shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction shall be fined not more than $100 for each offense.
