§ 73.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.
   (B)   Any violation of §§ 73.21 through 73.25 which is also a violation under Neb. RS Ch. 39 or Ch. 60 may be punished under the penalty provisions of such chapter.
   (C)   A person who violates § 73.21(A) shall be punished, as provided, generally, in the municipal code.
