It shall be unlawful for any person to park and leave unattended any unlicensed operable or inoperable motor vehicle, watercraft, recreational vehicle, motorcycle, motorized equipment, or trailer upon the public streets or alleys of the city for more than 24 hours. City law enforcement and city employees are hereby empowered to remove the advised vehicle(s) if the vehicle remains in the street for more than 24 hours of if the vehicle presents a hazard for public safety or creates a nuisance.
