(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.
(B) The city police or other authorized law enforcement shall have the authority to fine, remove, or both for this municipal violation. The fine for first offense is $25, second offense is $75, and third offense or more is $100. This is to also include any fees incurred by the city for the removal of the vehicle which will be at the property owners’ cost.
