§ 72.06 MACHINERY.
   It shall be unlawful for any person to park any machinery, whether motor-propelled or not, on the streets of the city for a period longer than 30 minutes at one time and any 24-hour period; provided, MACHINERY shall not mean trucks and automobiles.
