§ 53.38 CIVIL PROCEDURE.
   (A)   To the extent not inconsistent with the provisions of this subchapter, the rules of civil procedure and discovery shall apply.
   (B)   Review of the decisions of the district court under this chapter shall be by appeal to the Supreme Court.
