A certain document, copies of which are on file in the office of the village building director, being marked and designated as the international mechanical code, 2006 edition, as published by the International Code Council, Inc., is adopted as the mechanical code of the village for the control of heating, ventilation and air conditioning of buildings and structures as herein provided; and each and all of the regulations, provisions, and conditions and terms of said ICC code are hereby referred to, adopted and made a part hereof as if fully set out in this chapter, with the additions, insertions, deletions and changes as outlined in section 12-7-2 of this chapter.
