7-7-4: SELLING FIREARMS; LICENSE AND FEE:
   A.   License Required: It shall be unlawful for any person to sell or give away to any person within the village more than five (5) handguns in any calendar year without securing a license therefor. (1965 Code § 9-12-4)
   B.   License Fee: The fee fixed for a license to sell firearms is as provided in section 4-1-3 of this code. (1965 Code § 9-12-7; amd. 2009 Code)
