The purpose of this chapter is to describe those uses, which may be approved administratively by the Director, known as performance based standards ("PBS") uses. Performance based uses are those which can be made compatible within a given zoning district as long as pre-established standards are met which will mitigate for identified potential negative effects of the use. PBS uses provide landowners with more flexibility and certainty in using their property yet afford protection from anticipated impacts to neighboring landowners. (Ord. 603, 11-1-2018)
