A. Meetings of citizens' advisory boards shall be conducted in full compliance with Nevada's Open Meeting Law and the bylaws adopted by the citizens' advisory boards.
B. Citizens' advisory boards are required to keep written minutes of their meetings in compliance with Nevada Revised Statutes 241.035. Citizens' advisory boards shall file copies of their minutes with the Lyon County Manager's Office within thirty (30) days after adjournment of the meeting at which the minutes were taken.
