2.01.03: REGULATIONS, POLICIES AND PROCEDURES:

The board of commissioners shall adopt, by resolution, rules, regulations or policies governing Lyon County personnel. The board of county commissioners may amend or change, by resolution, the personnel regulations, policies and procedures at any time. (Ord. 450, 8-17-2000, eff. 9-4-2000; amd. Ord. 615, 6-3- 2021)
