2.01.01: MERIT PERSONNEL SYSTEM ESTABLISHED:

A merit personnel system for all employees of the county, except those exempted by policy or regulation adopted by the Lyon County board of commissioners and permitted by state and federal law to be exempt, is hereby established. (Ord. 450, 8-17-2000, eff. 9-4-2000; amd. Ord. 615, 6-3-2021)
