Following the determination that a development application is complete or the application is deemed complete under this title, the applicant shall tender the applicable fees and taxes within five (5) business days of the determination of completeness. The Director shall file the application, review it, forward it for review to any agency, advisory body designated by this title, or Nevada Revised Statutes, and prepare a report for the Planning Commission or Board, as may be required, recommending approval, denial or continuance for redesign or modification. The Director shall schedule the matter for public hearing or make a final decision within the time and in the manner required by this title, the Nevada Revised Statutes, or by administrative guidelines.
