15.03.02: DETERMINATION OF COMPLETE APPLICATION:
Within three (3) working days after an application for a zoning permit or a land division permit has been received by the department, the Director must determine whether the application is complete. If it is determined that the application is not complete, written notice must be forwarded to the applicant describing the additional information required. The Director may take no further action on the application until the deficiencies are resolved. If the Director fails to make a determination of completeness within three (3) working days without the written concurrence of the applicant, the application is deemed complete, provided that all applicable fees and taxes are paid in accordance with section 15.17.02 of this title. A determination of completeness does not constitute a determination of compliance with the substantive requirements of this title or approval of the proposed development. (Ord. 603, 11-1-2018)
