1.17.07: INVESTIGATION OF COMPLAINTS:

The board shall investigate any complaint received by the board regarding the activities of the public administrator; and it shall take any action it deems necessary to resolve such complaints and to assure that problems found to exist are remedied. (Ord. 586, 4-7-2016; amd. Ord. 609, 10-17-2019)
