A. Except as otherwise provided in this section, no person may operate any motor vehicle in any county park unless he complies with the general requirements of Nevada Revised Statutes chapter 483, relating to licensing of persons who operate motor vehicles.
B. In parks where the operation of ATVs is permitted, the director may allow operation of ATVs in those county parks by persons who do not meet the requirements contained in subsection A of this section. The nature and extent of permitted operation of such vehicles by unlicensed operators shall be posted in a conspicuous place at each affected park. Such permission may not extend to any place subject to the provisions of Nevada Revised Statutes chapter 483. (Ord. 498, 2-16-2006, eff. 3-13-2006)
