14.04.18: CURFEW:
   A.   The director may set a curfew for persons under eighteen (18) years of age in any county park, upon finding that conditions therein are such as to warrant special measures for the protection of juveniles and others, and for the safety and welfare of the general public.
   B.   If a curfew has been set in accordance with this provision, no person under eighteen (18) years of age may, during the curfew period, remain or be in the park unless he is:
      1.   Accompanied by his parent or legal guardian, or
      2.   Part of a group permitted to occupy a county park and is supervised by at least two (2) responsible adults per fifteen (15) juveniles or part thereof. (Ord. 498, 2-16-2006, eff. 3-13-2006)
