A. No person may enter or remain in any county park unless he complies with all officially posted signs and notices.
B. It shall be presumed, unless otherwise established by competent evidence, that every sign in a county park is lawfully posted.
C. No person may disturb, alter, create or erect signs or marks of any type within a county park without written permission from the director. (Ord. 498, 2-16-2006, eff. 3-13-2006)
