A. "Service animals", as the term is defined in Nevada Revised Statutes 426.097, and "service animals in training", as the term is defined in Nevada Revised Statutes 426.099, are permitted in county parks.
B. The director may give written permission to a person or group to have animals in a county park under circumstances that would otherwise constitute a violation of this chapter. The permission is revocable in the discretion of the director.
C. This chapter does not apply to the fairgrounds. (Ord. 498, 2-16-2006, eff. 3-13-2006)
