No person who owns, harbors, keeps, or who has possession, charge, care, custody or control of any dog shall cause, permit, suffer, or allow such dog to enter or remain in any park or portion thereof, unless the park or area has been posted for such purpose.
In areas where dogs are allowed, all dogs must be licensed and have all tags and vaccinations and meet any other requirements found in title 7, chapter 1, "Animals And Animal Services", of this code. (Ord. 587, 6-2-2016, eff. 6-22-2016)
