A. Only a person eighteen (18) years of age or older may light or maintain a fire in a county park. Fires may only be lit and maintained in designated areas, and only if means to extinguish the fire are readily available.
B. No person may leave a county park before extinguishing any fire which he has built, lighted, or maintained in such a park, unless said fire is being maintained by a person eighteen (18) years of age or older.
C. No person may leave a fire unattended within any county park. (Ord. 498, 2-16-2006, eff. 3-13-2006)
