It shall be unlawful for any person to do any act forbidden or fail to perform any act required by this Chapter. Any person convicted of violating any provision of Sections 4 or 5 is guilty of a civil infraction and shall be punished by a fine of not more than five hundred dollars ($500.00). Any person convicted of violating Sections 6 and 7 of this Chapter is guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be punished in accordance with Nevada Revised Statutes for violation of a misdemeanor.
