A. Deposits Prohibited: No person shall throw or deposit upon any road, street or highway in the geographical area encompassed by the provisions of this Chapter any glass bottle, glass, nails, tacks, wire, cans or any other substance likely to injure any person, animal or vehicle upon such road, street or highway.
Any person who throws any destructive or injurious material or permits any destructive or injurious material to be thrown or dropped upon any road, street or highway within the geographical area encompassed by this Chapter shall immediately remove the same or cause it to be removed.
B. Accidents; Removal of Glass and Debris: Any person removing a wrecked or damaged vehicle from a road, street or highway within the geographical area encompassed by the provisions of this Chapter shall remove any glass or other injurious substance dropped upon such road, street or highway from such vehicle.
