8.01.06: ANIMALS OR BICYCLES:
Every person riding a bicycle or an animal upon a roadway and every person driving an animal shall be subject to the provisions of this Title applicable to the driver of a vehicle, except those provisions of this Title which by their nature can have no application. (1973 Code §11.04.050)
