A. Minors: No person shall cause or knowingly permit his child or ward under the age of sixteen (16) years to drive a motor vehicle upon any street or alley within the County when such minor is not authorized hereunder or is in violation of any provision of this Title. (1973 Code §11.16.030)
B. Unlicensed Drivers: No person shall authorize or knowingly permit a motor vehicle owned by him or under his control to be driven upon any street or alley within the County by any person who is not authorized hereunder or is in violation of any provisions of this Title. (1973 Code §11.16.040)
C. License Revoked or Suspended: Whenever the Department of Motor Vehicles of Nevada has suspended or revoked the license of any operator or chauffeur, such operator or chauffeur shall not operate a vehicle on the streets or alleys within the County during the period of suspension or revocation. (1973 Code §11.16.050)
