7.04.02: CONDITIONS FOR RECEIPT OF FUNDS:
As a condition for providing the above services, the victim must have reported the sexual assault within three (3) days after its occurrence to the law enforcement agency involved and must file an application for treatment with the Board of County Commissioners within sixty (60) days thereafter.
