Pursuant to the provisions of NRS sections 217.280 to 217.350, inclusive, there is hereby created a fund to pay for the counseling and medical expenses of victims of sexual assault and their spouses when the following requirements are met:
A. That the offense was committed in Lyon County.
B. That the medical, psychological, psychiatric and marital counseling will be made available only at the Lyon County Health Center or from other facilities having a contract with the Board of County Commissioners.
C. That the total cost for such treatment shall not exceed one thousand dollars ($1,000.00). (Ord. 260, 2-24-83)
