7.01.09: DISPOSITION OF REVENUE:
All monies collected under this chapter, unless otherwise provided by the board, shall be used to improve, keep up and/or maintain the county animal shelter or to defray the cost of implementing this chapter. (Ord. 475, 3-18-2004, eff. 4-9-2004)
