6.01.06: CONTENTS OF NOTICE:
The notice of the determination of the existence or maintenance of a public nuisance pursuant to section 6.01.05 of this chapter shall state:
   A.   The nature and character of the nuisance.
   B.   The location of the nuisance.
   C.   The period of time allowed after delivery, mailing or posting of the notice for the removal or abatement of the nuisance. (Ord. 511, 7-5-2007)
