The two percent (2%) monthly business license fees collected by virtue of this chapter shall be delivered by the licensee or authorized agent to the County Treasurer, and shall be kept by the Treasurer in the General Fund for the sole use and benefit of the County, and shall be paid out by order of and under the direction of the Business License Division of County Commissioners in the same manner as other General Fund disbursements are made. The County Treasurer shall transmit a copy of the payment receipt along with a copy of each return form for each payment to the Community Development Department and Lyon County Sheriff's Office on a monthly basis.
