A. The county motor vehicle fuel tax imposed pursuant to 4.03.01A, or any change in the amount of the tax become effective on the first day of the second calendar month following enactment of the ordinance imposing, or changing the amount of, the motor vehicle fuel tax.
B. The diesel tax imposed pursuant to 4.03.01B, or any change in the amount of the tax become effective on the first day of the second calendar month following enactment of the ordinance imposing, or changing the amount of, the diesel tax.
