(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter, for which no other penalty is provided, shall be subject to the penalty provisions of § 70.99.
(B) Any person violating the provisions of § 71.04 shall be fined not more than $150.
(C) Any person, firm or corporation violating any provision of § 71.05 shall be fined not less than $500 for each offense.
