(A) Any person violating any provisions of this chapter for which no specific penalty is otherwise provided, shall, for the first offense, be fined not less than $100 nor more than $200, or be imprisoned not more than six months, or both. For the second and subsequent violation, shall be fined not less than $200 nor more than $500 or be imprisoned not more than six months or both.

(B) Any seller or retailer defined in § 113.02 in violation of that section shall be subject to a fine of at least $100, but not more than $500 for each violation. Each day of noncompliance shall be considered a separate offense.
