143.03 UNIFORM ALLOWANCE.

Each full-time regular member of the Fire Department of the City shall receive, in addition to all other compensation, an allowance for uniforms and cleaning. The amount of such allowance shall be in accordance with the provisions of the compensation ordinance of the City.
