When any building mover desires to move or raise any building in the City, or move any building into the City, he or she shall apply to the Building Commissioner for a permit to do so.
Before the above permit is issued, and within 48 hours of application therefor, the Building Commissioner shall cause such building to be inspected. If he or she finds that it can be moved safely in the manner proposed, and that the proposed location thereof will violate no ordinance of the City, he or she shall then cause a permit to be issued to the applicant upon the payment of a fee as set forth in Section 1351.09(l).
The City withholds the right to permanently revoke the permit of any building mover not complying with the provisions of this chapter.
