1309.03 CONFLICT OF LAWS.

In the event of any conflict between the requirements of the Ohio Plumbing Code, as adopted in Section 1309.01, and those of any other code adopted by the City, or any City Ordinance, that requirement which establishes the higher or stricter standard shall prevail.
