Pursuant to Ohio R.C. 731.231 there is hereby adopted by and for the City for the construction, alteration, movement, enlargement, replacement, repair, equipment, use and occupancy, location, maintenance, removal and demolition of every building or structure or any appurtenances connected or attached to such buildings or structures, and for other purposes, that certain Code known as the Ohio Plumbing Code, current Edition thereof, recommended by the Ohio Board of Building Standards, save and except such portions as are hereinafter modified or deleted, including all updates and appendices. In addition, all previous Editions shall remain in full force and effect unless subsequently modified.
