121.06 PROCEEDINGS NOT DEEMED ORDINANCES OR RESOLUTIONS.

No proceeding of Council or any of its members or officers taken pursuant to Sections 121.04, 121.05 and 121.99 shall be deemed a resolution or ordinance or subject to the terms of this chapter or the Charter covering resolutions or ordinances.
