Every secondhand dealer shall make available to the Chief of Police every day, except Sunday, before the hour of 12:00 noon, a legible copy of the records required to be kept by Section 765.05 as to items purchased, sold, exchanged or received on the preceding day, or if that date is a Sunday, on the preceding two days.
