A. It is unlawful for any person or entity to engage in or carry on any occupation, trade, profession or business or to use in connection therewith any vehicles, premises, machines or devices for which a license is required by this chapter or any other ordinance of the town, without first obtaining and keeping in effect a license therefor.
B. No license shall issue unless the applicant first obtains a safety review as specified in 3-1-16 herein. (1987 Code § 5.04.020; amd. Ord. 2022-04, 10-20-2022)
