6-9-1: VIOLATION; PENALTY:

Any violation of the provisions of this title constitutes a class B misdemeanor punishable as set forth in subsection 1-4-1A2 of this code, except the following which constitute a class A misdemeanor punishable as set forth in subsection 1-4-1A1 of this code:

   A.   Driving under the influence pursuant to Wyoming Statutes section 31-5-233 through 234 and/or section 6-4-7 of this title.

   B.   Eluding a police officer pursuant to Wyoming Statutes section 31-5-225 and/or section 6-4-6 of this title.

   C.   Reckless driving pursuant to Wyoming Statutes section 31-5-229 and/or section 6-4-2 of this title.

   D.   Operating a motor vehicle without a required interlock device pursuant to Wyoming Statutes section 31-7-404.

   E.   Operating a motor vehicle without insurance pursuant to section 6-3-5 of this title.

   F.   Operating a motor vehicle while a license is canceled, suspended or revoked pursuant to section 6-3-4 of this title. (Ord. 2017-03, 2-2-2017)
