1101.01 TITLE.
   These regulations shall be known and may be cited and referred to as the “Subdivision Regulations of the Village of Luckey, Ohio”, and shall hereinafter be referred to as “these regulations.” (Ord. 574. Passed 5-21-97.)
1101.02 ADMINISTRATION.
   These regulations shall be administered by the Village of Luckey Planning Commission.

1101.03 JURISDICTION.
   These regulations shall be applicable to all subdivision of land within the Village. The Village Planning Commission shall have the final approval of the plat, except for the provisions in Chapter 1117.
