1185.01 TEMPORARY SNOW FENCES PERMITTED.

Temporary snow fences shall be permitted in any use district between December 1st and April 15th provided that a permit therefor shall first be obtained from the Zoning Inspector. The Zoning Inspector shall issue a permit provided that the snow fence will not constitute a safety hazard or a nuisance to the neighborhood. (Ord. 444. Passed 11-23-88.)
