A fee in an amount to be determined by Village Council by ordinance, having regard to the approximate costs of processing applications shall accompany each application for a zoning permit, application for a change in zoning district, application for an appeal, variance or conditional use, whatever the case may be. All fees collected shall be deposited to the credit of the General Fund of the Village. (Ord. 792. Passed 12-12-18.)
