1171.04 DUTIES OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION.

   For the purpose of this Ordinance the Commission shall have the following duties:

   (a)   Initiate the proposed amendments to this Ordinance;

   (b)   Review all proposed amendments to this Ordinance and make recommendations to the Village Council.
