The Design Review Board may retain, with Council’s permission, a qualified designer, planner or preservationist to consult with the Board on any matter set forth in this chapter. If the Village landmarks or Village Preservation Districts are involved, such a specialist shall be qualified in preservation or restoration work. Consultation will be strictly advisory and non-binding to the Board or Council. (Ord. 2818. Passed 11-19-95.)
